Brother and sister Paul and Grace Maxwell bring artisan coffee to customers across Ireland from their family’s organic farm in Emper, Co. Westmeath.

Red Rooster is a small, customer-focused business. From roasting to posting, each coffee is made with care by our family, for yours.

Our six distinctive blends are hand roasted in small batches in a Turkish cast-iron roaster, allowing time for their flavours to develop.

Our roastery is solar powered, our packaging is fully recyclable, and roasting by-products become bedding for the family’s free-range chickens.

We supply retailers of Irish-made artisan products, coffee shops and online customers around Ireland.
